Traditional abrasive cut-off saws generate excessive heat, wide kerf loss, sparks, and heavy burrs; our horizontal band saw uses thin bi-metal blades to produce clean, square, cold cuts with minimal swarf waste and low electrical consumption.</p>.

<p>Featuring a heavy cast-iron or fabricated saw bow pivoting on precision bearings, the machine utilizes a hydraulic downfeed cylinder for infinitely variable feed rate control. A high-efficiency worm reduction gearbox drives the blade across step-pulley or inverter-controlled speeds, enabling optimal blade speeds for cutting mild steel, structural steel, stainless steel, and alloy round bars.</p>
