In precision engineering shops and toolrooms, purchasing separate internal and external grinders is expensive; our universal grinder incorporates a drop-down internal grinding spindle and a swiveling wheelhead to handle all cylindrical geometries.</p>.

<p>Built with a heavily ribbed cast-iron base, the machine features a swiveling workhead (up to 90 degrees), a swiveling table for taper grinding, and a dual-spindle wheelhead. The external spindle uses hydrodynamic bearings for vibration-free shaft grinding, while the high-speed internal spindle rotates up to 18,000 to 24,000 RPM for grinding deep precision bores and bearing sleeves with exceptional roundness.</p>
