<p>Constructed on a heavy vibration-damping cast iron bed, the machine utilizes a high-torque three-speed headstock and a self-opening die head equipped with four tangential high-speed steel chasers. The rigid spindle and positive lead-screw or hydraulic feed guarantee pitch accuracy across metric (M12 to M65), Whitworth (BSW), UNC, and BSP thread series with zero pitch drift.</p>
