The Thread Cutting Machine by National Cutting Tools is an industrial workhorse designed for accurate external thread cutting on steel pipes, bolts, threaded rods, and construction bars. In fabrication shops and fastener manufacturing units, producing uniform threads by lathe single-pointing is slow and labor-intensive; this dedicated threading machine cuts completed threads in a single fast pass using multi-tooth tangential chasers.
Built on a rigid cast bed, the machine features an all-geared headstock providing multiple spindle speeds (40 to 80 RPM) to match the machinability of mild steel, high-tensile EN-8/EN-9, stainless steel, and TMT rebar. The adjustable self-opening die head accommodates metric, BSW, UNC, BSP, and NPT pitch sets, delivering clean, burr-free threads conforming to international gauging tolerances.

- Self-Centering Heavy Vise: Dual-screw mechanical or pneumatic vise holds round, square, or hexagonal bar stock on exact spindle center.
- Micro-Adjustable Length Stop: Positive mechanical trip bar triggers the automatic die-opening mechanism at the exact required thread length.
- Continuous Coolant Lubrication: Electric pump and chip separator tray supply filtered cutting oil directly to the cutting edges.
