National Cutting Tools builds pipe and bolt threading machines covering BSP and NPT taper threads and parallel bolt threads at its works in Ludhiana, Punjab, and ships them to Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang and Penang through Port Klang. The machines produce threaded pipe ends and bolt blanks from 1/2 inch to 6 inch nominal bore, and are built to the geometry and tolerances called up by ISO 7/1 for BSPT, ASME B1.20.1 for NPT and ISO 68-1 for the metric profile. Shipping & crating
A single-head threader moves as one crate; a multi-spindle line is shipped with the die heads removed and re-fitted during commissioning to protect the chasers. Port Klang and Penang Port are served from Nhava Sheva and Mundra in 8 to 12 days, discharging at Port Klang (MYPKG). Machines are crated to ISPM-15 heat-treated standard with desiccant and a vapour barrier, and the packing list, commercial invoice and chamber-attested Certificate of Origin travel with the consignment.

Taper thread acceptance is checked with a ring gauge at the correct standoff, and the die head is re-set for the buyer's pipe wall thickness. Wear parts for this class are die head chaser sets, cutting oil pumps, filters and the pipe chuck jaws. The monsoon and constant humidity are the design constraint here, not heat. Tropicalised motor insulation is specified for the Malaysia rotation, and the ASEAN-India FTA can remove duty on qualifying headings. Spare-part orders are quoted against the machine serial number.
