<p>Featuring an all-geared headstock driven by an electric motor, the machine uses an adjustable die head fitted with four tangential HSS chasers. The workpiece is clamped in a rigid, self-centering vise and fed toward the rotating die head via a positive lead screw or rack mechanism. When the preset thread length is reached, the automatic trip mechanism opens the die head cleanly, allowing instant carriage retraction without marking the finished thread.</p>
