Power Press Machine for United Arab Emirates (UAE)
National Cutting Tools builds mechanical C-frame and H-frame power presses from roughly 20 to 150 tonnes for blanking, piercing and cup forming at its works in Ludhiana, Punjab, and ships them to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah through Jebel Ali Port, Dubai. The machines produce scaffold cups, base plates, brackets, gussets and cleats, and are built to the geometry and tolerances called up by EN 692 for mechanical press safety and IS 5062 for the frame. Every consignment for UAE is wound for the 50 Hz Emirates grid and specified for desert ambient temperatures up to 52 C.
Where the demand comes from
Cup and base-plate pressing is the bottleneck once a UAE scaffold plant has welding capacity, and presses are usually bought second in the sequence. Sheet metal job shops in Sharjah and Ajman also buy this class for general blanking work.

Shipping & crating
Press frames are dense: a 100 tonne C-frame is typically over-dimension for a standard container and moves as flat rack or break-bulk, which changes the freight quotation materially. Sailings from Mundra and Nhava Sheva reach Jebel Ali in 4 to 7 days, discharging at Jebel Ali Port, Dubai (AEJEA). Machines are crated to ISPM-15 heat-treated standard with desiccant and a vapour barrier, and the packing list, commercial invoice and chamber-attested Certificate of Origin travel with the consignment.
Standards & import documentation
Machines in this class normally clear customs under HS heading 8462.49. The press is run off on the buyer's own die to prove shut height, and the guarding and two-hand control are set to the importing country's inspection requirement. Import clearance in the United Arab Emirates runs on ESMA / ECAS registration, with Emirates Quality Mark documentation where the buyer specifies it. The works issues the manufacturer test certificate, electrical schematic and material test report with every machine, so the buyer's submittal pack is complete on arrival rather than assembled afterwards.
| Conformity | ESMA / ECAS product registration; Emirates Quality Mark where the buyer requires it. Test certificates and electrical schematics supplied with every machine. |
| Tariff headings | Typical headings: 8515.31 (arc/MIG welding machines), 8459.70 (threading and tapping machines), 8462.29 (bending and forming presses), 8479.89 (special purpose machines). |

Spares & after-sales support
Wear parts for this class are clutch and brake linings, flywheel bearings, slide gibs and the overload protection discs. Fine airborne sand and 45-52 C summer shade temperatures are the two failure drivers in the Gulf. Motors and control panels are specified for that environment before the machine leaves Ludhiana. Spare-part orders are quoted against the machine serial number.
