Power Press Machine for Oman
National Cutting Tools builds mechanical C-frame and H-frame power presses from roughly 20 to 150 tonnes for blanking, piercing and cup forming at its works in Ludhiana, Punjab, and ships them to Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Duqm and Nizwa through Port of Sohar. Shipping & crating
Press frames are dense: a 100 tonne C-frame is typically over-dimension for a standard container and moves as flat rack or break-bulk, which changes the freight quotation materially. Sohar is the closest GCC discharge port to Mundra at 4 to 7 days, with the Port of Salalah as the alternative for southern Oman, discharging at Port of Sohar (OMSOH). Machines are crated to ISPM-15 heat-treated standard with desiccant and a vapour barrier, and the packing list, commercial invoice and chamber-attested Certificate of Origin travel with the consignment.
Standards & import documentation

The press is run off on the buyer's own die to prove shut height, and the guarding and two-hand control are set to the importing country's inspection requirement.
