National Cutting Tools builds pipe end facing, beveling, swaging, notching and CNC hydraulic punching machines that prepare tube for welded assembly at its works in Ludhiana, Punjab, and ships them to Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang and Penang through Port Klang. The machines produce faced, bevelled, notched and punched tube ends ready for fit-up, and are built to the geometry and tolerances called up by the weld preparation geometry called up by the buyer's WPS, typically to ASME IX or ISO 9692-1. Shipping & crating
Most pipe-end machines are single-crate; CNC punching cells ship with the tooling turret packed separately and the hydraulics drained. Port Klang and Penang Port are served from Nhava Sheva and Mundra in 8 to 12 days, discharging at Port Klang (MYPKG). Machines are crated to ISPM-15 heat-treated standard with desiccant and a vapour barrier, and the packing list, commercial invoice and chamber-attested Certificate of Origin travel with the consignment.
