Hydraulic Press Machines for Qatar
National Cutting Tools builds hydraulic presses for deep drawing, straightening, broaching and assembly pressing at its works in Ludhiana, Punjab, and ships them to Doha, Al Wakrah, Mesaieed, Ras Laffan and Lusail through Hamad Port, Doha. The machines produce drawn cups and shells, straightened tube and bar, and pressed assemblies, and are built to the geometry and tolerances called up by EN 693 for hydraulic press safety. Every consignment for Qatar is built for 415V 50 Hz with Siemens or Schneider protection gear.
Where the demand comes from
Straightening imported tube and drawing pressed components are both routine in Doha fabrication shops, and a hydraulic press covers both. Pressure certification documentation is supplied for the QGOSM submittal.

Shipping & crating
The power pack, accumulator and press frame are separated for shipping and re-piped on site; hydraulic oil is never shipped in the machine. Hamad Port receives direct and Jebel Ali-transhipped sailings from Mundra and Nhava Sheva in 6 to 9 days, discharging at Hamad Port, Doha (QAHMD). Machines are crated to ISPM-15 heat-treated standard with desiccant and a vapour barrier, and the packing list, commercial invoice and chamber-attested Certificate of Origin travel with the consignment.
Standards & import documentation
Machines in this class normally clear customs under HS heading 8462.29. Pressure, dwell and return-speed settings are proved against the buyer's part, and the relief valve is sealed at the certified pressure. Import clearance in Qatar runs on Qatar General Organisation for Standards and Metrology (QGOSM) requirements, with a legalised Certificate of Origin and manufacturer test certificate per shipment. The works issues the manufacturer test certificate, electrical schematic and material test report with every machine, so the buyer's submittal pack is complete on arrival rather than assembled afterwards.
| Conformity | Qatar General Organisation for Standards and Metrology (QGOSM) requirements; legalised Certificate of Origin and manufacturer test certificate issued with each consignment. |

Spares & after-sales support
Wear parts for this class are cylinder seal kits, pump cartridges, proportional valves and pressure transducers. Qatari plant approval leans on documentation: contractors want the electrical schematic, the motor test certificate and the material test report in the submittal pack. Those are issued as a matter of course, not on request. Spare-part orders are quoted against the machine serial number.
