Shipping & crating
Bed length drives the container decision; a 3 metre bed lathe fits a 40 ft, longer beds go flat rack. The machine must be levelled on grout pads before the first cut. Hamad Port receives direct and Jebel Ali-transhipped sailings from Mundra and Nhava Sheva in 6 to 9 days, discharging at Hamad Port, Doha (QAHMD). Machines are crated to ISPM-15 heat-treated standard with desiccant and a vapour barrier, and the packing list, commercial invoice and chamber-attested Certificate of Origin travel with the consignment.

Geometric acceptance is a levelling, taper and roundness test cut, which is why the foundation drawing is issued with the order confirmation rather than at dispatch.
